How to have lucid dreams

There are a lot of methods on how to have lucid dreams but most of them are requiring lots of money to buy expensive devices.

akamakavely created a machine that can make your dreams to be lucid by waking you on short periods of times. What is good is that is extremely cheap to make.

I have tried several times to have lucid dreams by following the instructions on some websites but didn’t succeded. But the key is to be semi-awake.

I hope this machine works because I want to experience some great stuff while sleeping. But I don’t know if after using this machine, if you are going to be tired in the morning.

When I was a small child I remember having a nightmare and woke up crying, my grandmother listened to my dream and then told me a secret - she whispered in my ear that she was going to pass along a family secret and some magic - she told me the next time I had a bad dream, I was to stand up in my dream and say “Go Away, I Don’t Like This Dream!” She said I needed to say it very firmly, and mean it because if the dream knew I was afraid it would not work, for the next couple of nights at bedtime she would have me practice my bad dream speech.
Shortly after that I had another bad dream, I remember doing exactly what my grandmother said and it worked! The dream was gone, this fascinated me so much that I decided to see what else I could do in my dreams. that was the start of my lucid dreams. For years the one thing I could not do was read anything, not a note, not a sign, nothing - I was so frustrated! I eventually taught myself to read and felt as if I had conquered the world. I have not had a bad dream or nightmare since. I tried teaching the same thing to my children - 2 of them are lucid dreamers, the oldest one just couldn’t do it. My daughters and I all participated in a study and our local university on lucid dreaming about 20 yrs ago, until reading the article announcing the study I had no idea it was anything different.

I have a suggestion to make this easier and cheaper, get a couple of them beer button lights that flash when the pin is in contact. No soldering required.

I tried to have some lucid dreams but I didn’t managed when I want to. I noticed that if you put your clock to ring from 10 to 10 minutes and sleep between the rings you can manage to be half awake and have something like a lucid dream…

i have definitely been lucid while dreaming, so it most definitely works

one method i heard a long time ago is to draw a big “c” on your palm so you are reminded to to be conscious during the dream. and during the dream look at your palms and there should be no writing cause we supposedly cant read during a dream i think.
