Make your own toothpaste

If you don’t want to buy toothpaste because it is too expensive or you think it doesn’t have the desired effect on your teeths you can make at home your own toothpaste very easy. You don’t need many ingredients , just three.

The ingredients are: Baking Soda, Hydrogren Peroxide and a little Oil of PepperMint.
I wonder how it tastes and I guess it won’t be too much like a normal paste… But is easy to make and healthy.

That does seem pretty cool, but there aren’t really any reasons to make toothpaste. Regular toothpaste is very well formulated to fight tooth decay, and if it was as simple as three ingredients, that’s all that would be in regular toothpaste. If it really is a matter of expense, I think that you would have to have so little money to care, you would have a few other problems. Also, the video says “organic” toothpaste, while none of the ingredients are “organic” as in organic food, and most of them don’t even have organic compounds.
Well for one… it doesn’t have the poison of Fluoride…. So thats a bonus!!!
Ted
Flouride helps harden the enamel of teeth. Water kills more people overall then Flouride can hope to. Everything that can be ingested can be considered poison at a certain level.
I agree with Ted. Fluoride is great on a topical level but there’s far too much of it in our tooth paste and especially forcefully ingested through our water supply. Not only is it a poison, it’s linked to obesity (thyroid problems), bone cancer, and even lower IQs. (fluorosis) The United States is one of the few countries that participates in this and there’s a reason why. If this sparks your interest, investigate the origins of this chemical and WHY it has been brought to our shores.

Cheers.
Thank you Panther for educating people on this. More people need to hear the truth whether it hurts or not…..
Also there is no Triclosan or Sodium Laurel Sulfates in it! Good job.
