Shave better with olive oil

If you are a little sensitive and we know that the chemicals in the lotion creams dry your skin. So what is the solution? Maybe to use OLIVE oil as a shaving cream and lotion. But remember to use extra virgin olive oil which was not processed with chemicals.
It is said to be a great energizer for your skin but what I wonder is, if it can be used for your beard.
Has anybody use such kind of shaving method?
