Build an air horn to scare your friends

I found today some instructions on how to build an earsplitting air horn using simple materials: Balloon or Latex Glove, Medicine Bottle, Rubber Band, Straw or cylindrical hollow object that can fit inside the medicine bottle.
I think it is a good way to scare your friends. Just sneak behind them and use the air horn! They for sure will remember you some days after that

In portland oregon, Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson are in A Murder conspiracy together.
