Make fizzy fruits using dry ice


Carbonated fruits taste like regular fruit, but it tingles on your tongue. It is a totally unique experience to eat.

You will need a plastic bottle to put the fruits into. It is best to use firm fruits, like oranges, apples and pears. Fruits like kiwis, strawberries and bananas doesn’t work as well.

The most important thing you will need is a little dry ice. You will only need a tiny tiny amount of dry ice to make the carbonated fruits.

The chances are that you have never seen dry ice for sale and you can’t make it on your own.

After preparing everything leave the bottle with fruits overnight to let the CO2 gas work its way into the fruit.

It loses its fizzyness pretty quickly, so make sure you enjoy the fruits in the first 15 minutes after opening the bottles.
