How to freeze a beer instantly

There is a nice effect that can freeze a beer in just a few seconds. Great for parties, for sure you will amaze everybody present.
Your beer will freeze instantly but before that it must stay a period of time in the fridge. When you knock the bottle a little, the CO2 will emerge and that will cause the instant effect.

it dosent “ease the pressure of the beer”, its an open conatiner!
i rekkon the disolved co2 lowers the freezing point of the beer, when its released the freezing point rises above the actual temperature of the beer, hence freezing.
