		<description>The mineral oil doesn't have the electrolytes necessary to conduct electricity.

The only problem is that if you get it hot enough it will go bad and smell like rancid peanuts in addition to turning murky.

Mineral oil is cool for the short term but not a very great long term solution.  You'd want to use some sort of fully synthetic, very light non-conducting fluid for a long term tank solution like this.</description>
