The bandage will generate a very weak energy field that prevents infection in the surrounding tissues.

Common spelling errors aside, electromagnetic fields have consistently been shown to have no effect on how fast or how well an injury heals. You basically have a pretty white circular band-aid that you can put on with one hand.
