I would love to have one of these. I am a hug proponent of cell free theaters. Be it texting, phoning, or just showing off your pretty blue interface, it has no place in a theater.
I only wish this was about 100 feet instead….
Maybe you can increase the signal blocking area by some kind of device…

Anyhow, this is cool, but I guess it will be hated by victims and loved by criminals, whether it rapers or something else.
All we need now is a jammer that works on the frequencies police/security guards use, and robbing the money transfers will be almost safe.
But I would still like one to play with here, some pranks, like walk into a coffee shop and see almost everyone get upset over not being able to phone.
